New Employee Information

This page is designed to assist new employees with the various steps that need to be completed within the first 10 days.

You must enroll for your eligible benefits within 10 calendar days of your start date. If you don’t, you will have to wait until the next open enrollment period (November of each plan year for an effective date of January 1 of the following calendar year). Enrollment includes submitting all required forms, supporting documentation and completing the on-line benefit enrollment.

Please bring at least two forms of ID with you to orientation as indicated according to the following link: Form I-9 page 5.

ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED FOR ALL NEW BENEFIT-ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES.

Failure to attend and complete the required documents and new hire paperwork will cause a delay in receiving your first paycheck. Your choices for insurance coverage will also be severely affected.

New Employee Orientation is required of all new employees and is not “come and go.” Please note that space and parking are limited. Any late arrivals will result in rescheduling your orientation.

To schedule, please contact Human Resources at 979-209-1084.
