Campus Facilities

Decisions about facility availability are initially made on the campus level. Generally, cafeterias and kitchens, auditoriums, multi-purpose rooms and gyms, libraries and some meeting rooms are made available. Event requests are first reviewed and approved by the campus and then by the Facility & Events staff. Fees may apply to reimburse Bryan ISD to for costs to provide HVAC, lights, setup and or takedown, custodial, or other expenses to make the facility ready for school use after the event finishes.
