Design for Additions and Renovations to Rayburn Middle School, Long Middle School & Mitchell Elementary
During its regular meeting January 11, 2016, the Bryan ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved designs for additions and renovations to Rayburn Middle School, Long Middle School and Mitchell Elementary.

Design for Additions and Renovations to Crockett Elementary, Henderson Elementary & Jones Elementary
During its regular meeting December 14, 2015, the Bryan ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved designs for additions and renovations to Crockett Elementary, Henderson Elementary and Jones Elementary.

In other business, the board unanimously approved a contract with Madison Construction, L.P. in the amount of $15,169,000 for the construction and renovation of Ross Elementary School.
 

Project Design Approvals (Johnson, Rudder, Collegiate & Bryan High) 
During its regular meeting November 16, 2015, the Bryan ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved designs for additions and renovations to Johnson Elementary, James Earl Rudder High School, the Lamar Campus/Bryan Collegiate High School and Travis B. Bryan High School.

New Stephen F. Austin, Bryan ISD Performing Arts Center & the Bryan ISD Administration Building
October 19, 2015: The Board of Trustees unanimously approved a contract amendment setting Phase II GMP for SFA Middle School at $39,532,204. When combined with the GMP for Phase 1 of $1,462,242 approved by the Board of Trustees on June 15, 2015, the total cost for the project will be $40,994,446, which is $571,000 under budget.

Arthur L. Davila Middle School
October 19, 2015: The Board of Trustees unanimously approved a construction contract with Balfour Beatty Construction for Davila Middle School project in the amount of $6,947,550. The agreement is $55,000 under budget.

Merrill Green Stadium Press Box
October 19, 2015: The Board of Trustees unanimously approved a construction contract with Dudley Construction for the Merrill Green Stadium Construction project in the amount of $2,576,400. The agreement is $86,000 under budget.
 
 

James Earl Rudder High School Athletics 
NOTE: No bond funds from the Nov. 2014 election were used for this project. The construction was funded by a combination of district funds and a prior bond package.
