A veteran Texas school administrator with ties to the Brazos Valley is taking over the Bryan ISD Maintenance Department.
Ron Clary comes to Bryan ISD from North East ISD, where he most recently served as the Associate Superintendent for Operations since 2011.
In this role, Clary oversaw facility maintenance along with a variety of other responsibilities around the school district.
Prior to that, Clary served from 2007 - 2011 as the Executive Director of Facility Maintenance and Custodial Services.
"I am thrilled with the opportunity to join a great organization such as Bryan ISD,” Clary said. “I look forward to working with and supporting campus administration and district staff."
Clary is moving to the Brazos Valley, in part, to be closer to family in this area. He will fill the position left vacant by the retirement of Steve Peterson.
“I look forward to Mr. Clary joining our incredible maintenance department as he is a proven leader with over 33 years of knowledge and experience with maintenance and operations,” said Bryan ISD Deputy Superintendent, Ginger Carrabine. “He will be a great addition to the Bryan ISD team!”
