Alternative Graduation Requirements for TAKS, TAAS, or TEAMS Testers
TAKS, TAAS, and TEAMS assessments are no longer offered by the state of Texas. If you have met the course requirements for graduation, but are still needing one of these assessments, Senate Bill 463 has given you an alternate path to graduation.
Please complete this TAKS/TAAS/TEAMS Alternative Graduation Request Form to begin the process of applying for graduation. The following are some of the requirements of Senate Bill 463 to graduate from Bryan ISD:
Please complete the form even if you are not certain you have fulfilled the listed requirements. Let us verify these requirements for you. The deadline to apply is August 1, 2019 in order to process your request before SB 463 expires on September 1, 2019.

The June 2018 STAAR EOC assessments will be administered as follows:
For the June 2018 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) end-of-course (EOC) administration, Out-of-District (OOD) and Out-of-School (OOS) examinees must register online at https://forms.texasassessment.com/out-of-district-form/.
Registration for all spring tests opens on May 30, 2018 and closes on June 1, 2018. Examinees who are not registered online by the deadline may still participate at a selected campus on the day of testing if the campus can accommodate them. If unregistered, testers must be registered by campus personnel on the day of testing. Refer to the June 2018 STAAR EOC OOD and OOS Test Site Directory, available at https://www.TexasAssessment.com, for a list of participating campuses..
On the day(s) of testing, examinees should arrive at the test site by 8:00 a.m. Examinees must present picture identification, such as a driver’s license, DPS ID, military ID, school ID, or resident alien card, to test. Examinees will not be able to take the assessment(s) without a picture ID.
