Bryan ISD voters approved a $132 million bond in 2014. The bond addressed immediate needs including parking lots, HVAC systems and roofs. The approval of the bond raised the tax rate by 6 cents per $100 value, except for people above the age of 65. They did not see an increase in their tax rate. All Bryan ISD campuses were impacted by this bond election including the construction of a new SFA Middle School and Ross Elementary School, and the renovation of the historic 1938 SFA High School into the Bryan ISD Administration Building.
