Virginia Westley

I began working in the field of education in the fall of 2014 as a substitute teacher and quickly fell in love with being able to help and shape young minds to be curious and inquisitive learners.

I went back to school to get my degree in teaching in January 2015, while working as a middle school library assistant. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and teaching certification in December 2020.

I currently work at Sam Rayburn Intermediate School as a 5th grade Social Studies/Curriculum Enrichment teacher.
