The Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief fund under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP ESSER III) provides funding to school districts to address the immediate needs of schools to safely reopen, sustain safe operation, and address the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on our students and teachers. A requirement of the grant is for districts to share their Use of Funds Plan, as well as a Continuity of Services Plan.
